Fried Snapper with Red Pork Sauce


Ingredients
500 g. Snapper (Cut in stripes both sides)
All purpose flour for mix
Vegatable oil for fry and stir
20 g. Chopped garlic
20 g. Coriander root
100 g. Chopped onion
50 g. Kanokwan Roast Red Pork Seasoning Mix
1 tbsp. Vinegar
2 tbsp. Chili sauce
1 tbsp. Soy bean sauce
1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
? tbsp. Ground pepper
100 g. Tomato (cut into dice

Cooking Derections
1. Mix snapper thoroughly with all-purpose flour. Deep-fry it in hot oil until done. Remove from the oil, drain and set aside. 


2. Stir-fry garlic in heated oil until smell. Add chopped coriander root and onion. Seasoning with Kanokwan Roast Red Pork Seasoning Mix, tomato sauce, vinegar, soy bean sauce, oyster sauce, and ground pepper as you like. 


3. Pour sauce over fried snapper and now ready to serve
